~Hurricane Clean-up~

You know, people don’t remember that when the news camera’s and stories stop in the newspapers that the heart aches and problems still continue for the people in this areas hit by the hurricanes. My dad has talked to me twice since then and they are still suffering from gas shortages, power outages, food and water is not back up to even 50% yet.

It is strange that just going there to help and using the winch could have made a difference to some of the people there but it did. Tools and machinery (winches included) played a huge part on clearing debris and wreckage from areas and from homes. My dad said his neighbor is using his winch daily to help people still getting trees out of the way and roads cleared. Now this is 3 months after it hit almost.

Since then your winch has helped me get 2 friends moved into apartments and 3 people unstuck and moved 1 dumpster clear of a door at an office building after a flash flood. So I cannot ever see myself without one of your winches ever on my truck.

Your winch even out pulled a **** winch of the similar size when a man could not budge a shed with his **** and yet my T-Max moved it like it was on wheels.

Your winch actually helped in getting one family back into their home by removing enough debris to allow them in and removing trees from their roof.

Pensacola could have used a fleet of trucks with your winches mounted on them. There was just so much damage and debris the jobs seem to never stop. People do not realize how useful a winch can be and I have always wanted to do a video of uses for winches. People don’t realize that winches can be
uses for so many other things other than getting you or your friends out of the mud.

I do go wheeling some but not a lot since I moved to Austin. I use to wheel a lot in the Houston area and always was using my winch there. I got your winch for my truck because I have never been without one and your winch is not only one hell of a value it is very pleasing to look at and easy to use and mechanically more sound than ****, which I have broken two of theirs, an HS9500i and M8000. They broke from less use than what I put your winch through.

Around the hill country a winch as I stated comes in handy on the deer leases and for many other reasons and also since we have a lot of flash floods and nutty drivers. I find use for it pulling people out when they
think their cars can swim.

Anyway thank you again for making such and awesome winch at a hell of a value. I will send some pics in a different email to you of the scene down there.

Sincerely,

John Cole

~Weekend Adventure~

I thought I would give you the report on this past weekend’s adventure. We went to Uwharrie National Forest in N.C. That is some of the best wheelin I’ve done in a long time, lots of rocks, lot of mud. There were two highlights on this trip: We had a completely stock Suzuki sidekick on the trail. He only had to be pulled out a few times. We’re all trying to get him some free stuff from Calmini to help him out on his next trip. Second: Have you ever seen a **** winch fail? It’s not pretty. I really got some looks when I hooked up the T-MAX and succeeded where the **** failed. People were shocked to see a Jeep help out a full size Bronco!! I have some pictures that I am waiting to get put on CD of the whole thing; I will send them when I get them. Several people asked about the winch, the huge stickers on the Jeep draw attention. I am certain that at least three T-MAX sales were made this weekend. The recovery kit saw a lot more usage than the winch, but everyone was impressed at what a comprehensive kit it is.

I won’t take up any more of your time, just wanted to give you the scoop on what has been going on out on the trails. I’ll send those pictures when I get them.
Have a good Thanksgiving.

Jesse

~Pulling Boxcars~

“Another brand of winch broke down in no time. Then I heard about T-MAX. So I tried it. And bam! The 11,000 lb. T-MAX really flexed its muscle. It easily pulled the loaded box car. In fact, I used it to pull six box cars at a time.”

~Truck Pull~

"T-MAX slowly dragged a 26' truck up a hill before we realized the air brakes were on. Then the pull was too easy. We hooked on a second truck to the first. They didn't stop T-MAX. It pulled both trucks 90' up the hill. It worked great."
